On February
17th District 21 Parent Support, along with Presidents'
Council hosted a Team Building & Conflict Resolution Workshop.
Our Guest Facilitator, Susan
Fitzgerald, engaged the parents in fun and meaningful participation.
Although there were some very serious topics discussed, everyone
felt uplifted and refreshed.
We're looking forward to Part 2

This workshop had to be one
of the best yet!
The parents didn't want it to end.
Due to weather and parking restrictions, we got off to a late start and were
not able to fully hit on all the topics originally intended for this
workshop.
We will be inviting Susan Fitzgerald back for Part 2 of Conflict Resolution.
Inna Mogilevskaya our Regional Parent Support officer played an invaluable
role in this workshop. Not only was her support for the Parents' of District
21 much appreciated. She also engaged in discussion and displayed many
helpful techniques and listening skills.
Some parents even stayed around afterwards to practice some of the
techniques we learned, and walked away with rejuvenated team spirit.
